The necessity of hygiene and sanitation should be taught from an early age to practice good habits.

Personal hygiene is an act of maintaining sanitation and grooming of the body.

Maintaining good personal hygiene and sanitation consists of bathing, washing your hands, brushing your teeth, wearing clean clothing and staying sanitized at home.

In addition, it is also taking safe and hygienic decisions when you are around others. The geist is here to follow during the pandemic:

  1. Thorough Bath:

Personal hygiene begging with your bath. A deep and thorough bath can make you refresh from the following:

We should follow good respiratory hygiene. The germs appear to spread by respiratory droplets or aerosols more efficiently in the environment. So we should take precautionary measures.

Always Keep Clean All the Accessories and Utilities

Frequently sanitize and disinfect surfaces especially those which are regularly touched, such as door handles, faucets, remote control, electronic devices, switchboards, computer keyboard, laptops, tablets, and phone screens.

What to Do If Someone Feels Unwell

Learn all about the symptoms of COVID-19. The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough and fatigue.

Other less common symptoms that may affect some patients include loss of taste or smell, pain, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, red eyes, diarrhea, or rash. 

Even if you have mild symptoms, such as cough, headache, and mild fever, stay home and isolate yourself until you recover. Someone will bring you supplies.

If you must go out or have someone nearby, please wear a medical mask to avoid infecting others.

If you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please contact your doctor immediately.

If possible, please call first and follow the instructions of the local health department.
